Verifying Mnemonic phrase

When creating a brand new wallet, users must verify the Mnemonic phrase to ensure they have saved it. A good example of the verification process is from Avax wallet. Users confirm they have accurately recorded the phrases by answering some quick randomly generated multiple choice questions. This interaction works well on both desktop and mobile.
