Binance implemented this solution in its app. It quickly allows the users to see the instructions or guide to help make their crypto purchase as easy as possible. The icons' placement and style work great; it's not intrusive, but it sticks just enough and is very inviting.

It's better than the generic "i" icon in many apps.
